• Fillet of irish beef covered in sun dried tomato farce, wrapped in serrano ham with seasonal vegetables, pomes anna and a rich Madeira sauce

• Variation of chocolate; dark chocolate brownie, white chocolate and lemon soufflé and a sorbet made from chocolate beer
